1. Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Certain items such as perishables, custom-made products, or hygiene-related goods are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In cases of partial return, shipping charges may not be refunded.

3. Exchanges

• Defective or damaged products may be replaced with the same item.
• To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@thavare.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, downloadable software, personal care, or consumable products.
• Discounted or clearance sale items unless defective.
