- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items such as perishables, custom-made products, or hygiene-related goods are not eligible for return.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In cases of partial return, shipping charges may not be refunded.
- Exchanges
- Defective or damaged products may be replaced with the same item.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@thavare.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable software, personal care, or consumable products.
- Discounted or clearance sale items unless defective.
